Hi, The If condition <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/7207341> in text ads supports only device and audience dimensions at the moment. You can use ad customizers <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/ad-customizers> to update the details of your ad based on someone’s physical location or the location they’re interested in as shown here <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6072565#examples>. You need to provide the target location details in the geoTargeting <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/FeedItemService.FeedItem#geotargeting> attribute of the Ad Customizer Feed item.
