Hi Danny, I'm afraid you cannot pass the FeedItem objects returned in the response from the FeedItemService to add existing sitelinks. To add an existing sitelink to a campaign, you need to provide the FeedId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/CampaignExtensionSettingService.SitelinkFeedItem#feedid> and the FeedItemId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/CampaignExtensionSettingService.SitelinkFeedItem#feeditemid> in the SitelinkFeedItem <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/CampaignExtensionSettingService.SitelinkFeedItem> object. You need not populate the rest of the feed item attributes. You can retrieve the FeedId and FeedItemId using FeedService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/FeedService> and FeedItemService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/FeedItemService> respectively.
