Hi Rodolfo, You can use CustomerSyncService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/CustomerSyncService> to retrieve the changed entities for a customer account within a given date range. The GetAccountChanges <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201609/accountmanagement/GetAccountChanges.java> Java example demonstrates how to retrieve the changes in the account in the last 24 hours. Code samples in other languages are available here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries>. I'm afraid detailed change history similar to AdWords UI is not available via AdWords API services.
