Hello, The Campaigns created through the API are equivalent to 'All features' campaign. That being said, to implement the Marking objectives <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6175956?hl=en> via the API, you will need to add the corresponding campaign criterions <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201603/CampaignCriterionService.Criterion> to target the specific campaigns.
