Hi, The conversionTypeOwnerCustomerId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/ConversionTrackerService.ConversionTracker> should have the account Id under which the conversion tracking was set up. If the conversion was set up at the MCC account level you should see the customer Id corresponding to the MCC account on the other hand if the conversion was set up at the child account level, you should see the customer Id corresponding to the child account.
If you observe a different behavior, please* reply privately to author* and send me your MCC account Id and the SOAP logs (request and response) so that I can take a closer look.
