Hi Brian, To retrieve the keywords which triggered your ads, you can download the Ad Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report> and include KeywordId in the report query. You can filter for Call only ads by using a predicate on AdType <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#adtype> field and use the CallOnlyPhoneNumber value to correlate with the data you have collected. You can also use the Search Query Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/search-query-performance-report>, which provides the Ad Id <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/search-query-performance-report#creativeid> and the KeywordId which triggered the ad for a particular search term.
