Hi Patrik, I'm afraid billing information is not yet available through any of the AdWords API services. If your account is setup for monthly invoicing and whitelisted for BudgetOrderService, you can create and manage BudgetOrder <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/BudgetOrderService.BudgetOrder> objects that define account-level budgets for client accounts. Please see this document for more information on using BudgetOrderService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/budget-order>.
