Hi Ahmed, I'm afraid it's not possible to manage user access to AdWords accounts using AdWords API. You'll need to follow the instructions provided here <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6372672> to grant read-only access to the newly created accounts. A confirmation email will be sent to the user and to accept the invitation, they need to click *Accept* in the email.
