Hi Sohair, Date <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report#date> field in the Campaign Performance Report is a segmentation <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#segmentation> field; hence the data in the report is split into various segments, one for each date. If you segment your web interface report based on the date (or apply the custom date filter for 4th Feb 2017), the web interface report data should match with that of the API report. In case you are still facing issues, could you please confirm if you applied any other predicates/filters <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/uireports#filters> when trying to download the report via the API? Just in case you have the SOAP XML report definition, please feel free to send it across along with the downloaded report and I would be happy to take a further look.
