Hi Johan, In a recent announcement <http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/2016/10/access-multiple-adwords-accounts-with.html>, AdWords now allows the user to associate one login email to up to 5 other AdWords accounts (not necessarily in the same managerial hierarchy) and they may then be able to retrieve account information of these accounts via the CustomerService.getCustomers() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/CustomerService#getcustomers> .
As for customer information returned by the AdWords API, the Customer object <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/CustomerService.Customer> returned by CustomerService only contains information such as customerId or a flag to indicate whether that particular customer can manage other AdWords accounts or not. However, retrieval of access levels or account permissions is not supported in the AdWords API.
