Hi Shwetha, Thanks once again, but i have posted for a 3rd time now and the post still dissappears - i have a link to my actual post, but there is no post in the forum itself for anyone to answer - i cannot tell you how frustrating it is to have a simple question that i keep on asking and have it dissappear - i see there are other people who have this issue, but not all - which is doubly frustrating as i am new to the forum, am not a spammer, am not posting anything that could be un trusted, not posting any of my personal details - nothing that would cause any filter to remove my post that i can tell
