Hi, I'm trying to connect to the API for the first time, run some tests and basically learn how to work with it as a manager account. I have 2 MCC accounts - test and non-test, and I have a problem with both of them.
The non-test manager account doesn't have any production account yet (simply because I don't have clients yet....) so I can connect to it through the API and play with it a little bit but there are no campaigns/ads/reports to work with so it doesn't really help me... The test manager account - I created under the manager account 2 accounts and then campaigns and ads so in terms of data it has what I need but then when I click on the gear icon and then on "Account Settings" and look for the "AdWords API Center" menu item - it doesn't exist. I read somewhere on the web that test manager accounts doesn't have access to the API center and can't get a Developer token. Is that the case?
