Hi Min, TemplateElements <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/AdGroupAdService.TemplateElement> when pulled via the AdGroupAdService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/AdGroupAdService> of the AdWords API are sometimes null when the templateId of the ad is not supported <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/templateads> by the AdWords API. However, in order to be sure that it is indeed the case, kindly provide us the SOAP request and response when you pulled in the null value. Please do *reply privately* when sending the required information.
