Hi, Unfortunately, ad preview <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/148778?hl=en> is not available via the API. Also, there is no such field in Ad Performance Report specifically for responsive ads. Please follow our blog <http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/> for any future updates regarding this feature.
