Hi Steven, The Topics (Verticals <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/verticals>) supported by the AdWords API are currently only available in English. We have no information if and when it can be available in other languages. I would recommend that you follow our blog <http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/search/label/adwords_api> for any updates on this feature.
