Hi Kevin, If you want to specify a particular GMB account you want to sync location extensions from, you can try to specify the GMB Account ID in the businessAccountIdentifier <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/feed-services-locations#places-location-feed-data> attribute when configuring the PlacesLocationFeedData <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/FeedService.PlacesLocationFeedData>. Here is a sample implementation <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/java/extensions#add-google-my-business-location-extensions> (available in other languages) for your reference.
As for your other concern, do note that setting and updating merchant information via AdWords API is not possible. Let me know if I misunderstood your question.
