Hello, I'm not sure if this is possible but I'm having trouble working out how to make a user an "ads user" when the NOT_ADS_USER exception is thrown.
We'd like to be able to create an AdWords account for users that don't have one using their refresh token. I can create a new account as the MCC but I can't figure out how to invite them to it since the invitation requires their client customer id. Is this possible to achieve or is it required that a user set up their own AdWords account?
