Hi all, I've tried to look for the account structure report; But there doesn't seem to be one. What would be the recommended way to pull structure of an account/campaign/adgroup or ad? I am thinking going with the regular services such as CampaignService and drill down; but looks like this would require a lot of roundtrip to Google to retrieve every details for an accou t
