Hi, I've searched through the forum and tried a bunch of different things but I can't seem to use my *Production Test MCC Developer key* on my *test AdWords Account ID*.
I've done the following: 1. Signed up for a Production MCC account - applied for a developer test key - got the test key and am using it in my PHP client application 2. Created a Test MCC account and a Test Adsense account 3. Created an OAuth Application under Google Console APIs under the Test MCC account 4. Generated a *refreshToken *using the Test MCC account *clientId* and *clientSecret* 5. Placed the Test MCC clientId, clientSecret, and refreshToken's in the appropriate php configuration file from the most recent version of the Google's PHP Client Library 6. Ran various scripts including AddCampaigns.php and GetAccountHierarchy.php and I receive the same error - "QuotaCheckError.ACCOUNT_INACTIVE" I checked my Production MCC account and there's no date/time associated with the acceptance for the Terms and Conditions - https://screencast.com/t/JCq6PF6Zjku I'm also having an additional error - the page loops when I try to access the parent MCC account - here's a screenshot of what's going on - https://screencast.com/t/2T7SQJgvbk - I've tried different browsers, no luck there. I am able to get to other screens within the parent production MCC account by hitting escape and stopping the browser from completing the redirect but I'm still unsure on how to approve the T&C (if that's holding me back).
