You can also check out our Best Practices Guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/batch-jobs#best_practices> to optimize your batch job operations. Issues related to batch job performance are sometimes intermittent, however, if you are consistently facing these issues, please let me know and I would try to work with my team to find what's causing these issues.
