Hi James, Were you able to create an AdWords Manager account using your email address? Manager accounts cannot be created using the same email address as an existing AdWords account. You must use an email address that hasn't already been associated with an AdWords account to create your manager account. If you're unable to create a Manager account with your existing email address, please create a new Google account at accounts.google.com and use this to create a Manager account <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6139186>.
