Hi, Could you provide more information as to what you wish to achieve using the AdWords API? By publishers, did you mean additional client accounts? If yes, then you can do so using the ManagedCustomerService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/ManagedCustomerService> and you may refer here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/java/account-management#create-new-account-under-an-adwords-manager> for the sample code (other languages are also available in the link).
