Hello, I have been reading the rest of the similar posts in trying to find a solution but I seem to be following all the right steps and it still doesn't work.
I am using the latest Python SDK (v201702) with: 1. The developer_token from the Production MCC account 2. The client_customer_id from the client Test Account that I have created inside the Test MCC account. 3. The client_id, client_secret, refresh_token, all relating to the Test MCC account. 4. I have created a video campaign inside the client Test Account I still get 0 campaigns back. The only suspicious thing that I can see is that the AdWords web UI is telling me that the *Account is not active* because of not having any billing information: Your account isn't active - To activate your account and start running your ads, enter your billing information. I would think that this should not be a problem because this is a Test Account but perhaps I am wrong. Can you please help?
