Hi Sean, After taking another look at your SOAP requests particularly your geotargeting for your Sitelink, we notice that you are setting value "2840" in the locationName field <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/CampaignExtensionSettingService.Location#locationname> instead of the Location criterion id field <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/CampaignExtensionSettingService.Location#id>. Could you try setting the value "2840" in the id field instead and re-execute the CampaignExtensionSettingService and see if the error persists?
