Hi Marina, You can get the quality score <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#quality_score_in_reports> from the CRITERIA_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/criteria-performance-report#postclickqualityscore> and KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#postclickqualityscore>. This is an attribute and that said, it will always reflect the current value. Currently, API does not have any service/reports that will return the historic quality scores. If you are interested in having the history, you could capture the quality score on a regular basis and store them locally.
