Hello - We manage campaigns for many advertisers each month. Periodically, one of those advertisers will either take over managing their own campaigns or will have someone else take over managing their campaigns. Is there a date/time stamp when that happens that is available via the API? Conversely, if we take over an existing advertiser's campaigns - same question - is there a date/time stamp for that change that is available via the API?
