You need to make a HTTP POST to the AdWords server at the following URL: https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/reportdownload/v201702. Please see this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting> for more details on how to create a report definition <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#create_a_report_definition> and prepare the report request <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#prepare_the_request>. You can follow this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/call-structure#request> to retrieve the OAuth2 access token needed for your report request.
