For this, you could use the FeedService.get <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/FeedService#get> to retrieve the feed's Id <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/FeedService.Feed#id> and you may also retrieve the Origin <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/FeedService.Feed#origin> field to identify whether the feed was created by the User or by AdWords.
