Hi, You need to update the ADD operations with the ExemptionRequest <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/AdGroupAdService.ExemptionRequest> as described here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/exemption-requests#update_the_operations_with_exemption_requests> for each PolicyViolationError which is exemptable. Could you enable logging and provide the SOAP request and response log for the policy exemption request? Please use *Reply privately to author* when responding.
