Also, we won't be able to provide you with the exact time these statistics can be available, however, you may refer to our data freshness guide <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2544985?hl=en> to have an idea as to when you could expect to pull the updated information.
Additionally, you may also use the AdWords UI to confirm whether the conversion statistics are already available by going to the *Keywords* tab and adding the Conversions columns.
