Hi Faris, The 201609 version has been deprecated and is due to sunset soon <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/sunset-dates> and I would strongly recommend that you instead use the latest version <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/migration/v201705> as deprecated versions tend to be prone to errors. If you still encounter any errors, please create a new thread as this is already an old one and we can continue our discussion from there.
