Alternatively, you can try to get an approximation of your remaining balance by getting the amount spent per account via Cost statistics <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/account-performance-report#cost> generated from Account Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/account-performance-report> and use this data against your original budget set via BudgetOrderService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/BudgetOrderService> .
