Hi Sébastien, Could you provide a screenshot of the Keyword Planner in AdWords UI where you see search volume data for these queries? I tried to get the search volume from TargetingIdeaService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/TargetingIdeaService> using these parameters and the results were in line with the Keyword Planner results.
