Hi Akiko, If you are referring to the reports available in the Demographics tab of the AdWords UI <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/uireports#gender_report>, then you may collect statistics from Gender Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/gender-performance-report> , Age Range Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/age-range-performance-report> and Parental Status Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/parental-status-performance-report> .
