The problem is that there is no text field for Keyword Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report>. I can get the keyword id, campaign id, adgroup id and adgroup name, but as I mentioned, I'm not seeing how can I get the keyword text.
