Hi Naveen, I do not see a pending request from a Merchant Center account to your AdWords account. You need to use the Merchant Center user interface to send this invitation <https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6159060>, or use the Content API for Shopping <https://developers.google.com/shopping-content/> to update the adwordsLinks of your Account <https://developers.google.com/shopping-content/v2/reference/v2/accounts>. Once you have sent the request, you can accept the invitation in your AdWords account using CustomerService.mutateServiceLinks() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/CustomerService#mutateservicelinks>. When you change the linkStatus <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/CustomerService.ServiceLink#linkstatus> from PENDING to ACTIVE, you need to set the serviceType and the serviceLinkId fields in the operand.
