This is what I have done so far: * created a Production Manager Account and used it to generate *client ID*, *client secret* and *Developer token* * created a Test Manager Account and generated the refresh token, by using OAuth mechanism. (In the OAuth flow I gave access to this account) For the customer_id , I gave the customer ID of a third account i have, so that I can create campaigns on that account. For this i believe I need to link the third account to the Test manager Account. When I try to link, it says "The manager cannot create more client accounts". 1. Does this mean, I can only link another Test account ? 2. Now do i create another Test Manager Account for this or there is another way to create a Test Account (Which is not a manager) 3.
