Hello, We have a reporting platform where we have an ability to update Campaigns List Manually via click of button.However we noticed some lag because the campaigns was created in Adwords Interface but that new campaigns don't come up instantly we manually updated many times but new campaign didn't came and suddenly after 1 or 2 hour it automatically came through via automated cron.Please note we are using CampaignService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/CampaignService> , Is there any lag between API and Adwords UI for getting campaigns list. We know that performance data updates like clicks, Impressions etc do have some lag but we are not sure if there is also a lag in getting campaigns list.
Please look into this and let me know regarding same.
