Hi VJ, I'm afraid there isn't a getLastOperations method in ManagedCustomerService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/ManagedCustomerService>. If you are looking to get the number of operations performed in a request, you need to get the value in the operations header <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/call-structure#response_headers> in the response. You could consider posting on the library's issue tracker <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/issues> to check how to get this information in the client library.
