Another solution or workaround <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/limits#general> would be to further break down the results by adding predicates and further grouping your queries by campaign or ad group. You may also resort to generating reports since most fields are also available in these reports such as the Audience Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/audience-performance-report> .
