Hi, Adding users to an AdWords account is not supported in AdWords API at the moment. You need to follow the instructions provided here <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6372672> to grant access to an account. You can keep an eye on our blog <http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/search/label/adwords_api> for updates or announcements about new features.
