Hi William, If you are looking for the view in AdWords UI that corresponds to the Campaign Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report> in the API, you will have to check the stats under the Campaign tab as describe here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/uireports#campaigns>. The "Hour of the day" segment is not compatible with "All Conversions" column in the AdWords UI as well. However, you can use that segment along with the "Conversions" column. Same applies in the API, you can use the segment HourOfDay <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report#hourofday> with Conversions <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report#conversions> but not with AllConversions <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report#allconversions> in the Campaign Performance Report.
The stats on Dimensions tab are used to get the data corresponding to Geo Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#geo>, Search Query Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#search-query> , Final URL Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#final-url> etc., Please check this <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/uireports> guide to understand the mapping of API reports to AdWords UI.
