1. Could you check if you are using CampaignExtensionSettingService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/CampaignExtensionSettingService> in your application? This service can be used to add Price extensions at the Campaign level. If you are using CustomerExtensionSettingService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/CustomerExtensionSettingService>, then the Price extensions will be added at the account level. 2. Could you provide the SOAP request and response log for the scenario where a duplicate extension is being created? You can follow the instructions provided here <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-python-lib#how-do-i-log-soap-interactions> to enable logging.
