1) We need to get final urls/url template which users click when they are shown the report. You could use the Final Url Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/final-url-report> which will aggregate the stats at the final Url. 2) We need to map this detail with the content of the Ad, What was the ad Details. There isn't a direct way to combine the stats of Final Url Report to the Ad as the report does not give Ad identities. You could use the Ad Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report> to get the stats of the Ad. My suggestion is to post this question on the Advertisers community forum <https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Google-AdWords/ct-p/Google_AdWords#> so that the experts there can also take a look. 3) We need this data hourly. Data with that granularity might not be possible in Final URL Report. You will be able to get the data for a specific day using date <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#date>. The attribute HourOfDay is supported for the reports specified here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#hourofday> .
