You may refer to this below code on how to dynamically set the
clientCustomerId in PHP :
$session = (new AdWordsSessionBuilder())
->fromFile()
->withOAuth2Credential($oAuth2Credential)
->withClientCustomerId(clientCustomerId)
->build();
