Hi, The MUTATE_ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CLIENT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/common-errors#OperationAccessDenied.MUTATE_ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CLIENT> error indicates that you are making an update to a campaign, or rather, the ad group of a campaign that has been created via the AdWords Express. Furthermore, Smart Display Campaigns are currently not supported and there is currently no way to modify their information via the AdWords API.
