Hello! I'm getting an error NotWhitelistedError.CUSTOMER_NOT_WHITELISTED_FOR_API while trying to add a user to a сrm user list by mobileId. According to this https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/AdwordsUserListService.Member whitelistening is only required for addressInfo and NOT mobileId. Considering possibility of server-to-server engagement that looks strange.
