Hi,

Could you provide the clientCustomerIDs you used in generating the 
successful reports and that of with failed reports? Also, could you confirm 
if the issue is consistent if you'll try to generate the same report again 
in one of the accounts which has a failed report?

Aside from that, could you also confirm if other report types are running 
successfully in all accounts? Kindly use the *Reply privately to author* option 
when replying.
