Hi Markus, You can use the PolicySummary <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#policysummary> column to get the reason for the disapproved Ad. The CombinedApprovalStatus <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#combinedapprovalstatus> can be used to get the approval status. The PolicySummary will contain any review findings specific to that Ad. It will be blank for Ads which are under review since the review is yet to happen.
