Hi Amit, You'll not be able to retrieve Proximity <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/CampaignCriterionService.Proximity> or Location groups <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/CampaignCriterionService.LocationGroups.html> criterion using Geographical targeting table <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/geotargeting> or through LocationCriterionService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/LocationCriterionService> since these are custom locations. I would suggest that you use CampaignCriterionService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/CampaignCriterionService> to retrieve these location-based criteria. The GetCampaignTargetingCriteria <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201708/targeting/GetCampaignTargetingCriteria.java> Java example shows how to retrieve campaign criteria. You can modify this example to retrieve Proximity targets, by using appropriate selector fields <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/selectorfields#v201708-CampaignCriterionService> and predicates.
